„With the aid of usedSoft, we were able to bring our IT to a most updated status without being forced to invest huge amounts of money. When we bought about 400 Microsoft Office and Exchange packages and 15 server licences, we benefited from total cost savings of 20% - and that not even compared with the new price, but compared with the more than favourable conditions of our already existing frame contracts. Even from a practical point of view, we were more than satisfied with usedSoft: Despite the great amount of required licences, usedSoft was able to immediately deliver them, and the notarial certificate was sent to us in due time as well.

In view of a responsible and economic handling with public funds we can nothing but support the decision rendered by the Award Chamber of Dusseldorf that agencies need to take used software into consideration when submitting tender offers. Particularly in the light of the judgments recently rendered by the courts of Munich and Hamburg which were in favour of the second-hand market, we don't have any concerns about the legal situation either.“
