All legal aspects were checked by our legal department which clearly gave us the green light. Therefore, we do not have any reason to doubt the legal security - in the end, also because of the notarial certification.

Moreover, we took the possibility into consideration to sell our older Office licences which have now become redundent to usedSoft. In doing so, we can convert some parts of the formerly invested capital back into liquid means.“
