Licence Chain

A flawless proof starting with the manufacturer and finishing with the last user, i.e. along the entire licence chain, is principally not necessary for the buyer of a used software licence. But in case of legal conflicts it can only be decided by the licence chain if a licence is valid. The notary test procedures of usedSoft provide legal security for the buyers of software licenses as it has obtained certification by the sellers that the rights for the use actually exist. For that purpose delivery notes as well as order numbers are stated.

The seller also confirms that the software licences are no longer going to be used and that licensed programs are going to be totally removed from the server.
