Systems 2008: Goodbye Systems
This year’s Systems was something special for all exhibitors and visitors, as the Munich fair took place in October for the very last time. With a number of 39.000 visitors and far more than 1,000 exhibitors, this computer trade fair can give a positive report, when closing its doors. usedSoft is also looking back on its own story of success in connection with the Systems. „The Systems was not only one of the largest and most important B2B-fairs within the ITK-branch of trade, but it was always a great success for usedSoft“, sums up usedSoft’s Managing Director Peter Schneider. „Many of our former Systems-contacts are now belonging to the circle of our most loyal regular customers.“
Even if the Systems ceases to exist: The year 2009 will also become an orange year with many events where usedSoft will be present in order to inform savings-oriented companies and authorities about all aspects relating to the issue of used software. usedSoft is looking forward to welcoming you on the next following fairs, such as for example the CeBIT, the KOMCOM and fairs in Austria and Switzerland.

"This year's CeBIT was completely marked by the colour orange again. The whole CeBIT ? Well, maybe not everywhere, but at least in hall 4 and at other critical spots where interested visitors of the fair got to know what is already known to the entire IT-world: The monopoly of the American software developers has come to an end, since usedSoft has been providing "used" software at a price of up to 50 percent under the new price. And that's combined with a notarial certificate - and in orange, of course."
