"It is not really astonishing that the trade with used licences is a thorn in the developers' flesh. Who does actually like to give some of one's profits to somebody else voluntarily? However, it is a fact that the second-hand market for software is legally safe. Up to now, there is no court which has ever raised any objection to the general trade with licences - much less any court which has ever rendered any judgment of objection.

We are convinced of the second-hand market! And we will therefore continue to buy products from usedSoft in future.
